Rio Rico Community Association was formed in 1990 to act as an advocate for property owners' rights and to keep our MEMBERS informed about the many issues that can affect your investment.
Our newsletters are presented in an easy to understand format. Many topics will be covered, throughout the year, any one of which makes MEMBERSHIP worthwhile. In addition, you will know your support is adding to the strength of "Your Association." A large membership gives Rio Rico Community Association the "clout" we need to resolve tough problems and the means to act on your behalf. We can accomplish many things as an organized group that would be virtually impossible as individuals.
If you own vacant land in Rio Rico we welcome you to become a member of our association. Our dues are $50.00 annually and our membership runs from July to July. Please contact our office for more information.
